Here’s one of our favorite chocolate protein energy ball recipes. It’s an amazing little treat before a workout to give you energy or as a snack on the go!
Also a delicious idea if you have visitors to serve with a cup of coffee or tea ( just saying 😉 )
We love to make big batches of these and then keep them stored in the freezer.
So you can grab one out of your freezer any time – just wait 5 minutes before eating it.
How to make these protein energy balls?
- 20 pitted dates
- 150 gr almonds
- 100 coconut flakes
- 35 gr cacao powder
- A pinch of salt
- Few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop YHF Chocolate protein
Method:
Mix everything together in a high speed blender until you get a sticky dough consistency. Roll little balls out of the dough and let harden in the fridge or freezer.
