Using spinach or cucumber is a great way to incorporate veggies in your smoothies – as you don’t taste them but you are getting all the vitamins and benefits from these vegetables.
This smoothie recipe will keep you full for hours AND is a real vitamin booster. Of course it is also high in protein and improves your gut health – due to the digestive enzymes in the protein.
You will need our YHF Vanilla matcha protein to make this delicious smoothie.

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 scoop YHF Vanilla matcha protein
1 green apple
Handful freshly washed spinach
A bit of coconut milk
Some mint leaves
A little chunk of ginger (optional)
