This Power Breakfast is ideal for preparing the night before.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients

a handful of baby spinach
- 4 to 5 tbs chia seeds
- Coconut yoghurt to top
- Kiwi or other fruit to top
Method
Mix the spinach with mint, pineapple, milk and YHF protein.
Add the chia seeds and HAPPY LIVER mix well and let it sit for 5 min.
Stir again and put it in the fridge for another 5 minutes.
When the pudding is too runny, add more chia seeds and repeat the proces.
Keep leftover chia seed pudding in an airtight container in the fridge
for up to 3 to 4 days.
Serve with mint, coconut yoghurt and fruit.
