Overnight oats with protein nice cream

Here’s another great recipe for a delicious – easy breakfast! This one is for the raspberry lovers out there! This delicious overnight oats with protein nice cream is made within 5 minutes and tastes like dessert for breakfast!

 

 

Ingredients & method: 

First layer: Overnight oats
Mix together 50 grams of oats with
100ml of almond milk in a jar
Shake and place in the fridge overnight.
Second layer: Protein nice cream
Mix together 1 frozen banana and a handful berries
+  50 ml plant based almond yoghurt
Third layer: Banana cream
Mix together 1 banana
+ handful Frozen raspberries
 + a splash of almond milk

 

Take the overnight oats out of your fridge the next morning and layer them with the nice cream and banana cream!

This recipe serves 2 and is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and high in fiber.
