INGREDIENTS:

1 cup liquid of your choice (e.g. water, plant-based milk or coconut water!)
1 handful of baby spinach
1/2 green apple
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
20 drops of HAPPY LIVER

 

 METHOD:

Add all the ingredients into the portable blender, starting with the liquid first.

Blend until completely smooth.
