Ingredients:  

 2 cups oatmeal
1 cup mixture of unsalted nuts (chopped) 
  1/2 cup seeds  
2-3 tbsp coconut oil 
  1 egg white 
  2-3 tbsp honey  
  pinch of salt

Method:

10-15 min in the oven at 175°C
stirring every 5 minutes
