INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 scoop YHF Pure Protein Chocolate
100g oat flour
100g almond flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
50g medjool dates, pitted
50g chopped walnuts
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the nuts.
Stir in the walnuts. Fill the muffin cups about 3/4 full with the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes.
