1 big scoop YHF Pure protein Vanilla-Matcha
20 drops YHF Brain Boost
1 tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract/powder (if available)
1 tbsp chia seeds or psyllium husk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 frozen banana
Handful spinach leaves
250 ml unsweetend coconut milk
1/2 cup ice blocks
100ml filtered water
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together in your blender and mix up very well.
