Why was Your healthy fix started?

After opening up her own healthy foodbar DIVERS (www.diversantwerpen.be) & writing a plantbased cookbook, our founder Esther Andries thought it was about time there was a healthy variant on the market besides the traditional whey protein. Whey protein tends to get you feel bloated, causes breakouts more often and is hard to digest. Because we now live in a time where everyone is very conscious of what we put in our bodies, this should be no different for protein shakes. The need for a healthy, plantbased, filler-free, NON GMO, lactose free, gluten free protein shake is there, and we are here to solve it!

What makes Your healthy fix different from other plantbased proteins?

We added extra superfoods (like Baoba, Cocoa, ..) to our plantbased protein, to enrich your body with extra vitamins & minerals, to upgrade your protein shake! Then we also added digestive enzymes (prebiotics) to our proteins, so your body can easily digest the protein and beat the bloat. That's why we position ourself as a premium brand, we are more than just a protein.

How do I use my promo code?

Once you add products to your shopping cart, you'll be able to use the promo code during the checkout phase.

What are your payment options? Can I use paypal?

Yes our payment options include Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

I received the wrong items, or my items were lost/damaged in transit. What do I do?

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us via the contact form on this page as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the items until we have exchanged it.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.
