A visual spectacle packed with nutritious ingredients to give your day a boost.

INGREDIENTS: 


1 large scoop of YHF Pure Protein Vanilla Matcha
1 tbsp chia seeds
150g frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
70 ml unsweetened coconut milk
100 ml almond or coconut yogurt

METHOD:


Mix all ingredients together in your blender and blend very well.
Serve cold in a bowl and fill up.
