Buckwheat protein pancakes

These vanilla protein pancakes can satisfy any craving! They are vegan and gluten free and absolutely taste AMAZING! Check out the recipe!

 

Ingredients:

  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbspn mild olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 400 ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla/match protein powder
  • coconut oil for baking

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Add more milk when the batter is too thick. Bake small pancakes in a well oiled pan.

Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup and coconut yoghurt!
