1. Take 2 to 3 teaspoons (3-5 grams) of loose herbal tea.
2. Heat water to a temperature of 75-80 degrees.
3. Pour the hot water over the herbs.
4. Allow the tea to steep for 5-10 minutes.
5. Remove the herbs.
