Chocolate Protein Chiapudding

The best and easiest meal prep breakfast or snack that the whole family can enjoy.

This Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding is deliciously creamy and rich in cacao, giving you an indulgent experience while filling your body with fiber.

The best part? It only requires 4…yes, 4, ingredients!! A healthy breakfast recipe that will help with your digestion and is suitable for so many dietary preferences, it’s gluten-free, soy-free and Vegan.

This recipe is for 1 portion, feel free to multiply it for a few days. It only takes a few minutes to meal prep a

delicious and healthy breakfast or snack for the week ahead.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 tbs Chia seeds
  • Plant-based milk of choice (We love unsweetened coconut milk)
  • Coconut yoghurt to top
  • Raspberry or other fruit to top

Method

Mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir again and put it in the fridge for another 5 minutes.
When the pudding is too runny, add more chia seeds and repeat the proces.
Keep leftover chia seed pudding in an airtight container in the fridge
for up to 3 to 4 days.
Optional to serve with coconut yoghurt and fruit.
