Green chia protein pudding

This green chia protein pudding ticks all the boxes! Amazing texture, delicious flavor and looks so damn good!! Here's the recipe.

 

Ingredients:

  • a handful of baby spinach
  • a few mint leaves
  • a handful of (frozen) pineapple
  • a dash of soy milk or rice milk
  • 1 scoop of YHF vanilla matcha protein
  • 4 to 5 tbs chia seeds
  • coconut yoghurt to top
  • kiwi or other fruit to top

 

Directions:

Mix the spinach with mint, pineapple milk and YHF protein.

Add the chia seeds, mix well and let it sit for 5 min. Stirr again and put it in the fridge for another 5 minutes.

When the pudding is too runny, add more chia seeds and repeat the proces.

Keep leftover chiaseedpudding in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 3 to 4 days.

Serve with mint, coconut yoghurt and fruit.
