Recipe: Vanilla protein tiramisu with passionfruit
Impress your guests at your next dinner date with this amazing vegan dessert recipe! It tastes like heaven and is jam packed with protein. It's an easy recipe to make and its gluten free, vegan and lactose free. This recipe makes a dessert for about 6 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla/matcha protein powder
- 300 g tofu
- 100 g plantbased/vegan butter
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 1 package vegan cookies
- flesh of 6 passionfruits
Directions:
Mix the protein powder with the tofu, the butter (room temperature), the maple syrup and the orange juice in a food processor. Dip the cookies in the coffee and layer them in a glass. Put a layer of cookies , then tofu crème, then a layer of passionfruit (repeat as many times as you want).
Place the glasses in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Top off with fresh fruit and some mint leaves. Enjoy!
