Yes, Brain BOOST (Lion's Mane) and Level UP (Reishi & Shiitake) can be taken together. The recommended dosage is typically mentioned on the product labels. It's advised to follow the recommended dosage for optimal results.
You can take any of the tinctures any time of the day, but we prefer Level Up ( Reishi) in the evening.

We recommend 1- 4 x 20 drops (1 ml) a day and add to 250ml water, juice or smoothie. Do not use more than a total of 4 ml per day.

Everyone is unique. Some will suffice with 1 or 2 ml, while others will benefit from using 4 ml. Figure out what feels right for you.

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
